Aerial and Ground Photography for Real Estate, Tourism And More!
Our Aerial and Ground Equipment
Air Aspects not only utilizes drones, but also ground based gimballed 4K/12MP cameras, for extra smooth shots.
The EOS Rebel T6i camera captures only the highest-quality photos and videos. Its 24.2 Megapixel CMOS (APS-C) sensor gives crisp and natural-looking photographs.
Our primary lenses are:
We also have several lighting solutions, both tungsten and LED lights, and stand-mounted flash solutions and diffusers.
For video, we have camera stabilizers (steadicams), and camera sliders to give silky smooth motion.
DJI Phantom 4 Professional
Air Aspects is one of the first companies in Virginia to operate the brand new (announced November 2016) Phantom 4 Pro
With a 1" Sony sensor camera, we can shoot 4K/60fps video and incredible 20-megapixel still photographs. The titanium alloy and magnesium alloy construction increases the rigidity of the airframe and reduces weight to only 3.5 lbs.
For safety, there are dual rear and front vision sensors and infrared sensing systems for a total of 5-direction of obstacle sensing and 4-direction of obstacle avoidance.
DJI Mavic Pro
Announced in October 2016, Air Aspects is one of the first aerial photography companies in Hampton Roads to own the super-portable DJI Mavic Pro.
With a 4K / 12MP high definition camera, the Mavic can be folded to only 1/6th the size of the Phantom 4 Pro, and weighs only 2.5 lb. This makes it perfect for tighter spaces.
The Mavic has a flight time of up to 27 minutes, and has optical and downward sensors, detecting obstacles up to 49ft (15m) away to either bypass them or brake to hover.
DJI Mavic Air
Released in January 2018, Air Aspects is once again one of the first aerial photography companies in Hampton Roads to own the ultra-portable DJI Mavic Air.
A 4K/12MP camera, along with extreme portability, obstacle avoidance, prop guards and stabilization, means that this drone can also be flown indoors. This can give some interesting aerial shots of your rooms.
For video, it could even be used for 'fly-ins', where the drone flies through your front door (as long as it's a wide front door!)
Thanks to advanced technologies specifically designed to keep the camera steady, the DJI OSMO brings camera stabilization to ground level.
A 3-axis stabilization system completely integrated with the 4K / 12MP camera cancels out movements in three directions so it stays still even when walking.
Perfect for interior video shoots where a dolly or crane are not feasible, the OSMO can be mounted on standard tripods, wheels, vehicles or just carried free-hand.
