Aerial video shoot at a beautiful waterfront (canal front) home in Hampton, VA, just a few minutes from the Chesapeake Bay. 
It was a 'what a coincidence' shoot, as I have my boat literally at the marina at the end of their canal.
The weather had been bad for several days, but finally we had a morning when the sun peeked through the clouds just long enough to get done.

Spent a few days videoing and editing a short promo for a beautiful in-progress development on the Intracoastal Waterway at Chesapeake, VA.  I wanted to use less conventional, 'fun' music to sum up the tagline 'Come home to your happy place'

A beautiful sunny day getting aerial photos for the Oyster Farm Marina at King Creek, Cape Charles.  Although it was a little windy, the photos came out really well and summed up the marina and surrounding property.

Fun evening shoot to capture fireworks at the Chesapeake Jubilee.  Fireworks look really impressive from the air.

A very cute Norfolk waterfront property, with a HUGE walkway out to the boathouse.. 

I don't think the boat conveys :)

This was a beautiful real estate shoot in Chesapeake.  The property is awesome, with a fire pit, pool and picturesque pond in the background.  I want to move :)

Pretty day for an aerial real estate shoot of a waterfront property on Albacore Key in Virginia Beach. 

There were an awful lot of trees on the property (trees are an aerial photographer's nightmare), but I still managed to weave my way through them to get some cool shots.
