Sunny but chilly Chesapeake aerial photo shoot for a great waterfront property

An aerial shoot of a new oyster barge owned by the Chesapeake Bay Foundation.  These photos were for the Foundation magazine, with more photos and video coming soon from the barge christening.

Sunny aerial shoot at the Top Rack Marina on the ICW in Chesapeake, VA.  I shot video and photos for use in their web sites and advertising.

Following the reconstruction of the old Surf Rider restaurant at Vinings Landing Marine Center in Norfolk.

A fun and quick aerial shoot for the Virginia Beach REIN Office.  They just wanted a couple of staff aerial videos to add into an ad they were creating.

Another interesting Chesapeake Aerial Shoot for a presentation video.  A company is offering parking lot maintenance and handyman services, and wanted video to highlight the things they do.  It was a fun flight, but I had a lot of people stopping to check out both the drone and me.

This was an interesting project.  A property developer has begun clearing trees for an upcoming project in Chesapeake.  

Because there is already an established neighborhood next to the development, before they began, the local civic league had asked for a 100ft buffer of trees.

The developers went ahead and have torn down trees right up to some homes property lines, and the civic league asked me to take photos and videos for any upcoming action they may take.
