Aerial Shoot for another Currituck Building ProjectAdded: Wednesday September 04th 2024By: Air Aspects  Another Currituck, North Carolina aerial shoot for a new construction building.  The Currituck Public Safety Building is now framed out, and the first floor floor is almost in place.  A cool aerial shoot for the Dollar Tree apartment complex at Summit Pointe. It's a beautiful building, and people are already moving in.  The Armada Hoffler tower at 27th St. Virginia Beach just poured it's top floor concrete. It’s amazing how fast it has grown!
 An ongoing shoot to cover the renovation of a beautiful old property in Suffolk VA. I will be revisiting regularly to follow the remodeling process.  An early morning shoot for the now completed Marina Villas property. The shoot also involved some post-production editing and modification for advertising purposes. I look forward to seeing how much it has grown every 2 weeks.  My ongoing construction project in Norfolk is getting closer to wrap up. At this point, there are only a few things to be done. It’s been really interesting watching this building grow.  Construction is starting on the Currituck Public Safety Building. This will be a fun ongoing project, taking regular photos of progress.  A sunny day construction aerial shoot for Armada Hoffler, who have 2 projects under construction on 27th St., Virginia Beach. This project involved a few more hoops to jump through; I had to apply for a special 2 year waiver from the FAA, and have to stay in contact with the tower at nearby Oceana Naval Air Station.  Following the reconstruction of the old Surf Rider restaurant at Vinings Landing Marine Center in Norfolk.  Our ongoing construction aerial photography project at Marina Villas on Shore Drive, Norfolk is going well. Over the last 2 weeks the roof (well, half of it) has really started taking shape. Marina Villas is starting to take shape..  A beautiful day for the first shoot in an ongoing construction series for 'Marina Villas' on Shore Drive, Norfolk. This shoot was challenging because it was less than a mile from Norfolk International Airport. I had to apply for permissions in advance using the LAANC system, which took a couple of days to sort out. Even with approval, my height was limited to 150ft.. A big shout out to Mrs. Miller, a very kind lady who helped me out when the system didn't seem to want to cooperate. |
